Architect Kobi Karp is well-versed in the elegant refined architecture with high-end services that is becoming a trend in Miami. Since founding Kobi Karp Architects and Interior Design (KKAID) in 1995, he has worked on numerous residential and commercial projects, in South Florida and in locations such as the Caribbean, the Persian Gulf, and the Black Sea.

I see architecture as a medium for storytelling, shaping narratives, and fostering connections between people and their environments.
In Miami Beach, discerning buyers of luxurious properties, for example, those who have purchased our project, the Shore Club, end up with a combination of waterfront views and high-end amenities. Cutting-edge design, smart home technology, and sustainable features are also key components. Attention to detail, exclusivity, and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces are often top priorities.

We cannot just follow trends we must be trendsetters and creativity and innovation allow us to achieve that goal.
