For almost four decades, evian has been more than just a water brand at the US Open—it has been a symbol of refreshment, vitality, and performance on tennis’s grandest stage. 

 

This year, the brand is serving fans something entirely new, combining the elegance of French gastronomy with the energy of professional sport. In a creative partnership, world-renowned Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud and American tennis sensation Frances Tiafoe, who also serves as a Global Brand Ambassador for evian, have come together to launch a first-of-its-kind dining experience timed perfectly for New York’s largest tennis event.

At the heart of this collaboration is a limited-edition menu that goes far beyond typical tournament fare. Drawing inspiration from Tiafoe’s Sierra Leonean roots and the meals that fueled his journey, Chef Boulud reinterprets comfort food into gourmet creations.

From Court to Kitchen

The signature dish, Poulet “à la Tiafoe”, reimagines his childhood peanut butter chicken stew into a refined plate featuring tender chicken, vibrant pepper sauce, fluffy basmati rice, and seasonal greens. The dish captures both the nostalgia of home and the sophistication of haute cuisine.

 

No fine dining experience is complete without something sweet, and Boulud delivers with Cookies & Cream Cheesecake paired with delicate macarons. Playful yet elevated, the dessert reflects Tiafoe’s favorite treat while visually evoking the artistry and energy of a tennis match. Each plate is designed not only to please the palate but also to capture the spirit of the sport itself.

Drinks, too, are given an inventive twist. The Big Foe Fizz, crafted from Assam black tea, black peppercorns, vanilla, lemon, and topped with evian Sparkling, embodies the lively character of Tiafoe’s game. Its effervescence adds brightness and balance, delivering a crisp finish that feels as exhilarating as a rally on center court.
