Villa Miami is no ordinary residential development. It’s a high-concept, low-density tower built on a philosophy of unmatched exclusivity, design brilliance, and hospitality excellence.

With only 70 residences, exceptional design by ODP Architects and Vicky Charles, and culinary-driven luxury amenities like The Copper Club and a waterfront MFG restaurant, Villa Miami redefines the Miami skyline and ultra-luxury living.

Developed by real estate powerhouses Terra and One Thousand Group and curated by Major Food Group, Villa Miami rises as the next big chapter in Miami’s luxury narrative.

Where Culinary Excellence Meets Design Mastery

This 56-story copper-clad tower offers just 70 residences—half- and full-floor layouts—transforming the idea of vertical living into a collection of private, sky-high estates.

These aren’t simply condos; each home is an immersive experience in bespoke elegance and warmth.

Major Food Group, famous for destinations like CARBONE and ZZ’s Club, infuses every inch of Villa Miami with its signature flavor.

Their culinary touch isn’t confined to the kitchen—it’s embedded in the materials, the ambiance, the lifestyle.

The Team Behind the Dream

David Martin (Terra), Kevin Venger, Louis Birdman, and Michael Konig (One Thousand Group), and Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi (Major Food Group) bring decades of design, development, and hospitality expertise.

This collaboration unites the minds behind iconic towers like One Thousand Museum and lifestyle destinations like Dirty French, marking a rare and unprecedented alliance.

Architecture That Shapes a Skyline

Villa Miami is designed by ODP Architects and will stand 650 feet above Biscayne Bay, transforming Edgewater’s skyline forever.

And its interiors, led by famed designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., merge mid-century Italian elegance with Miami’s rhythmic energy.

Charles, known for crafting luxurious yet soulful spaces for global celebrities, introduces her vision to Miami with this project.

Curved forms, warm wood tones, and natural light define each residence, evoking a sense of intimate grandeur.

A New Benchmark for Amenities

The Copper Club spans three full floors dedicated exclusively to residents. Private lounges, a screening room, dining spaces, a hair salon, a wellness studio, and a rooftop helipad create a lifestyle beyond luxury.

There’s even a members-only waterfront restaurant by MFG, where residents enjoy preferred access.

They echo MFG’s commitment to perfection in every detail, from hospitality to finishes.

Strategic Location Meets Cultural Access

Villa Miami is not only architectural art; it’s strategically placed. Residents enjoy front-row views of Biscayne Bay and proximity to the Design District, Wynwood, and Midtown.

While it offers serenity and exclusivity, it remains directly connected to Miami’s cultural heartbeat.

Moss, the acclaimed firm behind Five Park Miami Beach, manages construction. Work began with seawall installations in September, and full delivery is slated for Q4 of 2027.

Intimacy at Scale

Despite its grand proportions, Villa Miami maintains an intimate character. With only 70 residences, the tower creates privacy rarely found in large developments.

Social spaces feel like an extension of home—not distant common areas, but warm, curated environments.
