One Twenty Brickell will blend luxury condominiums, rental residences, retail spaces, and a world-class amenity suite into one interconnected development.

 

Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and built by Juneau Construction Company, this dual-tower project redefines urban living with elegance, flexibility, and purpose.

 

The project promises to elevate the skyline and lifestyle of Miami, combining architecture, design, and community seamlessly.

 

Two Towers, One Elevated Standard

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, One Twenty Brickell will consist of two linked towers, each serving a distinct purpose. 

 

One tower will feature 266 luxury condominiums, each with a private office suite and elevator access.

 

The other tower includes 537 multifamily rental units, curated by the Central Management Platform.

 

Between them, more than 10,000 square feet of retail will activate the ground level. 

 

An expansive 280,000-square-foot podium will host 606 parking spaces, ensuring convenient access for residents and visitors alike.
