Marking a bold new step in its tennis apparel journey, ASICS has partnered with acclaimed French fashion house A.P.C. to debut a Tennis Collection that seamlessly blends athletic innovation with minimalist fashion.

Reflecting the shared values of meticulous craftsmanship and design integrity, ASICS and A.P.C. present a unisex capsule characterized by a refined blue-and-white color scheme, staying true to A.P.C.’s iconic monochromatic style. The pieces draw from 1970s collegiate aesthetics and maintain clean lines and classic silhouettes, bringing a nostalgic yet modern touch.

The 20-piece on-court selection integrates ASICS’ top-tier sportswear technology with A.P.C.’s elegant approach to create outfits that empower athletes with style and confidence. Standout women’s garments include the crew dress, sleeveless top, 2-n-1™ short, longline bra, and 7in sprinter shorts. Men’s highlights range from the crew SS top to the sleeveless top and 5in shorts.

Ace the season

Influenced by ASICS’ Japanese roots, the collection features key cultural motifs. Several garments subtly showcase Kasane, the traditional layering technique, while the “Enso” circle symbol—representing harmony—appears across the designs. Additionally, the ASICS emblem adopts a distinct look inspired by Shibori, the age-old Japanese method of tie-dyeing.

Footwear plays a central role, with exclusive GEL-Resolution™ X and Solution Speed™ FF 3 models designed in collaboration with A.P.C. Accessories such as the Tennis Cap, Wristband, and Court + Crew Socks complete the sporty look.

Stepping beyond the baseline, the 30-piece off-court lineup, curated under the vision of A.P.C. Creative Director Judith Touitou, is tailored for effortless movement and refined casualwear. It includes a special edition of the GEL-Kayano™ 14 x A.P.C. sneakers and standout accessories like the Tote Raquette, made from Japanese organic denim with a sleek pocket perfectly fitted for a tennis racket.

Serve looks on and off the court

Top athletes such as Alex de Minaur, Belinda Bencic, Lorenzo Musetti, and Jasmine Paolini sports the new looks throughout Europe’s major tournaments on clay, emphasizing both the fashion-forward and performance capabilities of the collection.

Camille Eberhard, Apparel Director, noted the collection’s unique fusion of style and athletic purpose: “It’s about helping players feel their best and unlocking the mental benefits of movement. A.P.C. brought the perfect balance of grace and intention to our performance gear.”

Judith Touitou echoed the sentiment, highlighting the design’s purity and joy: “We aimed for silhouettes that honor the elegance of sport, with a playful nod seen in our gradient nylon prints.”
