It coincides with NYCxDESIGN, the city’s week-long festival celebrating all aspects of design. This synergy makes ICFF more than a trade show.

When and Where

The 2025 edition will once again be held at the iconic Javits Convention Center, located at 429 11th Avenue in Manhattan. 

 

With 1.8 million square feet of space, it offers the perfect setting for a show of this magnitude.

 

ICFF runs:

 

  • Sunday, May 18: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

  • Monday, May 19: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

  • Tuesday, May 20: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The show is open exclusively to industry professionals on Sunday and Monday. On Tuesday, the doors open to the public, allowing design enthusiasts to experience the magic as well.

How to Register

Trade professionals must submit credentials to access the first two days of ICFF. 

 

Acceptable documents include an employment letter, company directory screenshot, or business card with the firm’s logo.

 

Registration for public access on Tuesday is simple—no credentials required.
