A Journey Through Memory and Modernity

As the granddaughter of founders Edoardo Fendi and Adele Casagrande Fendi.

Silvia Venturini Fendi delved into personal recollections to craft a collection beyond the archives.

This tribute to the past and future unfolded in an atmosphere reminiscent of the historic salons of FENDI’s iconic boutique on Via Borgognona in Rome.

The legacy of the five Fendi sisters was woven into every detail, where playfulness met sophistication.

Hourglass silhouettes emerged in satin skirts, flounced jackets, and sculptural sleeves.

While ribbed knit dresses flowed into curled lettuce hems and leather patchwork flared into A-line chevron skirts.

A Palette Inspired by Rome

The collection’s hues mirrored the eternal city’s enchanting transitions from day to night. A symphony of colors—deep forest greens, petrol blues, and the fiery shades of a Roman sunset in terracotta and rose—brought the garments to life.

FENDI’s mastery in tailoring took center stage with impeccably structured bracelet-sleeve blazers and sharp stovepipe trousers.

Boiled wool coats were given a modern twist, featuring deconstructed elements highlighted by luxurious satin lapels.

Shearling stoles draped effortlessly over lingerie-inspired gowns and sharp, tailored collars.

The house’s unparalleled leather craftsmanship was evident in reversible Selleria coats and the latest iterations of its legendary bags.

The Peekaboo, Spy Bag, and Baguette were reimagined with opulent embellishments, while the newly introduced FENDI Giano and FENDI Lui bags set the stage as the next generation of iconic accessories.

The interplay of matte and glossy textures was further explored through crystal embroidery.

A Legacy Passed Through Generations

As a powerful symbol of the house’s enduring vision, the show concluded with a poignant moment: Delfina Delettrez Fendi’s twin sons stepping forward to open the doors to the brand’s next century.

This act encapsulated the essence of FENDI—an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and the timeless transmission of savoir-faire from one generation to the next.

As the world celebrates 100 years of FENDI, the house continues to redefine fashion while staying rooted in its extraordinary heritage.
