This edition of London Fashion Week Week FW25, running from February 20 to 24, offers an exciting blend of physical runway shows, exclusive dinners, pop-up stores, discussion panels, and digital activations.
The London Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2025 season officially commenced on February 20, bringing together an impressive lineup of renowned designers such as Burberry, Erdem, Richard Quinn, Roksanda, and S.S. Daley.
Alongside these established names, emerging talents like Johanna Parv, Pauline Dujancourt, Charlie Constantinou, and Talia Byre are also making their mark.
This edition of London Fashion Week, running from February 20 to 24, offers an exciting blend of physical runway shows, exclusive dinners, pop-up stores, discussion panels, and digital activations. Among the most anticipated events are the return of Ashish—famed for his glamorous designs and playful irony—and an immersive fashion experience by John Richmond at the Tate Modern.
Additionally, fresh faces join this season’s program, including Jawara Alleyne, a London-based designer originally from Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, who earned his Master’s in Fashion Design from Central Saint Martins in 2020.
The lineup also features Keburia, a womenswear and accessories label by Georgian designer George Keburia, as well as E.L.V. Denim, a London-based brand known for its handcrafted upcycled designs.
This season will also see the debut collection of British designer Daniel Fletcher as the new creative director of the luxury Chinese fashion house Mithridate. Fletcher’s appointment, announced in January, aligns with the brand’s mission to expand its global presence while preserving artistic integrity and craftsmanship at every level.
To mark the occasion, Mithridate launched a teaser campaign inspired by 1990s casual fashion catalogs and heritage athlete portraits, featuring British TV personality Alexa Chung as its face.
For the first time, London Fashion Week is setting a precedent among the “Big Four” fashion weeks by introducing sustainability requirements. It has adopted the Copenhagen Fashion Week sustainability framework, which applies to emerging designers participating in the NewGen incubator. These new mandatory criteria encompass both environmental and social considerations, with full implementation of the framework expected by January 2026.
For the Fall/Winter 2025 season, London Fashion Week has partnered with Morocco as its official destination. This collaboration will feature an exclusive experience at the LFW Hub, including a runway showcase presenting Maison Sara Chraïbi and Maison ArtC, two of Morocco’s leading fashion talents.
In an official statement, Morocco emphasized that its presence at London Fashion Week marks “a pivotal moment in the country’s global branding strategy, blending its rich heritage with contemporary creativity and innovation.”
