Canyon Ranch

Renowned wellness brand Canyon Ranch has unveiled a groundbreaking retreat designed to enhance both lifespan and healthspan, helping individuals “live younger and longer.”

 

Named Longevity8, this innovative four-day program will debut at Canyon Ranch’s Tucson resort from November 10-14, 2024. 

 

The program is built upon eight core principles: integrative medicine, flexibility and fitness, nutrition, sleep, spiritual wellness, mental and emotional health, outdoor activity, and strength and endurance. 

 

Participants will undergo a comprehensive health assessment, including 15 diagnostic tests that analyze over 200 biomarkers—ranging from blood work and cancer screenings to genetic evaluations.

 

This premier retreat is priced at $20,000 per person or $36,000 per couple.
