Spanning over 2.5 million square feet, the Mercedes-Benz Building represents the brand’s first residential venture in the United States and is one of the largest active developments in Florida

 

Following an exceptional response to Tower 1, the opening of the Sales Gallery offers prospective buyers an immersive experience showcasing the project’s visionary design.

With construction in full swing, Mercedes-Benz and JDS Development are setting new benchmarks for urban residential design. 

 

Distinctive elements include a grand private Porte Cochère, offering an elegant entryway into a meticulously designed lobby that prioritizes convenience and sophistication, in collaboration with SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot.

Visionary Approach to Urban Living

Collaboration between Mercedes-Benz Places and JDS Development aims to redefine the urban living experience with a thoughtfully designed, high-tech environment. 

 

Miami development will feature approximately 800 residences, ranging from studios to spacious three-bedroom condominiums.
