Groot Hospitality’s LIV and Palm Tree Crew created a new world-class trackside experience at Gulfstream Park’s Carousel Club for the Pegasus World Cup 2025.
The Pegasus World Cup 2025 was more than a horse race, it was a celebration with celebrities, live entertainment and post-race headline performances.
This year, Grootw Hospitality’s LIV and Palm Tree Crew created a new world-class trackside experience at Gulfstream Park’s Carousel Club, in South Florida.
The show featured world-renowned DJs Black Coffee and Diplo and a special performance by country and pop singer-songwriter Dasha.
Spectators and guests at the Carousel Club also had access to a new trackside viewing area that combined the thrill of thoroughbred racing with the best in partying.
In this area, guests were served by Groot Hospitality restaurants and enjoyed Whispering Angel, the official rosé of the Pegasus World Cup 2025.
One of the sponsoring brands of the Pegasus World Cup, CELSIUS®, promoted energy in the Carousel Club with a special VIP table experience with its brand ambassadors.
Meanwhile, guests in the exclusive Flamingo Room enjoyed a premium dining experience with panoramic views of the racecourse. There, guests also had the opportunity to mingle with celebrities while enjoying a culinary experience provided by Groot Hospitality’s Gekkō, Komodo, Papi Steak and Casadonna.

Sponsors of the Pegasus World Cup and post-race party included Diageo, with iconic brands such as Casamigos Tequila and Ketel One Vodka providing immersive on-site activations and signature cocktails.
Sir Davis American Whisky also participated with its signature cocktail, The Honey Bee, served with lemon juice and honey syrup.
