La Tête d'Or
La Tête d’Or by Daniel is located at 318 Park Avenue South in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, in the newly designed One Madison Avenue office tower. Its name evokes a spectacular park in his hometown of Lyon. The restaurant, which opened its doors last November, aims to combine classic New York steakhouse cuisine with a touch of French flair, resulting in dishes featuring the finest cuts of meat and seafood topped with the chef’s specialty: sauces. An exceptional wine list accompanies everything.
Le Pavillion
The name comes from an old French-style restaurant that operated in New York during the post-war period and into the 1960s. Located in the One Vanderbilt building, this restaurant by Daniel Boulud has a spectacular height and panoramic views. One of the details is the huge crystal chandelier that crowns it. Le Pavillon is open for lunch and dinner, with a menu of 50% fish and seafood, 40% vegetables, and 10% meats.
Joji
Also at One Vanderbilt is Joji, an omasake sushi experience in collaboration with chef George Ruan. Joji Box is an extension of this option in Boulud’s New York dining empire in a delivery version.
Bar Boulud
Located on Broadway across from Lincoln Center, Bar Boulud is a bistro with a classic, seasonal menu featuring Daniel Boulud‘s famous terrines and pâtés. There is a main dining room, a communal table in the deli, and 3 private rooms near the wine cellar. Here you can sample exquisite dishes while next door, Boulud Sud, created to offer Mediterranean flavors, is under renovation.
Maison Barnes
At 100 East 63rd Street, lovers of French cuisine will find a corner where they can enjoy exquisite flavors and a Parisian atmosphere: Maison Barnes, featuring a bar & lounge, restaurants and finely decorated private rooms. This destination was created in partnership with the hospitality division of Barnes, which also owns the Beekman Residences at 575 Park Avenue. Café Boulud is also located there.
Blue Box Cafe
Located in the building that houses Tiffany’s jewelry store at 727 5th Avenue, Blue Box Cafe is a sophisticated experience with 3 menus: Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Afternoon Tea, and an a la carte pre-fixe menu.
The space was designed by Peter Marino and accented with the brand’s signature blue, resulting from a collaboration between French Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud and Tiffany & Co. The Executive chef is Raphaelle Bergeon.
Le Gratin
Le Gratin, a Bouchon Lyonnais-style restaurant, is located in The Beekman, a timeless hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Featuring typical French dishes and Lyonnais specialties based on seasonality and classic cuisine.
Daniel
Daniel Restaurant has been awarded 2 Michelin stars, although it currently holds 1. Daniel, created in 1993, maintains a seasonal menu accompanied by first-class wines. With contemporary decor and neoclassical architecture, Daniel features a lounge for private dining and a bar & lounge with creative cocktails, a la carte dining and desserts.
