Celine deepens into integral beauty with new bath and body products

French luxury brand Celine continues its commitment to the beauty sector with a new foray into the bath and body segment.

Following its recent launches of lipsticks and fragrances, Celine brings a complete line to pamper the skin and hair, available from this fall.

 

Building on the success of its solid soaps, Eau de Cologne Céleste scented body oil, and bath lotion launched last year, Celine is expanding its haute perfumery collection, created by the house’s artistic and image director, Hedi Slimane.

This new offering responds to a growing trend among consumers: the search for multisensory experiences and comprehensive body care with prestigious products. On this occasion, Celine presents a liquid soap, hand cream, body lotion, and hair mist.

 

Fragrances

The Parade, La Peau Nue, Reptile, and Cologne Céleste fragrances dress the liquid soap, body lotion, and hand cream, while the hair spray is available in Parade, Reptile, and Black Tie.

 

The sustainable and elegant packaging plays with white and amber. Made with 50% recycled PET or 95% aluminum, they feature black dispensers and caps adorned with Celine’s emblematic Triomphe symbol. The labels, with a relief reminiscent of 17th-century moldings, complete the design.

In March of this year, Celine had already announced its foray into makeup with the launch of Le Rouge Celine lipstick. The first in the collection, Rouge Triomphe, will be available in mid-October, initially on the brand’s global e-commerce platforms and then in select stores. Starting in January 2025, 14 more shades will be added.

 

The line, formulated with 89% natural ingredients and evocative names like “Party Night,” will be expanded in the spring with eight colored lip balms. Mascaras, eyeliners, and powders are some of the products expected for next year, although the exact launch date has not yet been confirmed.

Natural beauty

The lipstick line was previewed in Celine’s winter 2024 fashion short film. The video, which shows models walking through iconic Parisian locations such as the Musée Bourdelle and the Salle Pleyel concert hall, features glimpses of the lipstick, specifically shade 13, a natural nude.

With the launch of Le Rouge Celine, Celine Beauté was born, the first cosmetics line in the history of the house, as Celine announced in a statement. This move joins Celine’s successful haute perfumery collection, launched by Slimane in 2019 with nine fragrances, which today has 12 in its portfolio. The latest addition, Zouzou, starring Esther-Rose McGregor, was presented in April.
