AVA MediterrAegean in Coconut Grove welcomed an elite circle of VIPs for a breathtaking pre-opening celebration, immersing guests in the vibrant spirit and flavors of Greece.
Hosted by the Riviera Dining Group (RDG), the evening transformed AVA’s stunning new space—designed by Lazaro Rosa-Violán—into a coastal oasis, blending natural textures, glowing marble, and lush greenery for an unforgettable Aegean escape.
Guests indulged in a curated culinary journey, from caviar and seafood presentations to a mesmerizing tuna carving station and lavish mezze displays. The open kitchen showcased pizza and risotto stations, while a decadent pastry table and signature cocktails elevated the experience.
Entertainment included the acclaimed Greek folktronic band RE:KÜLTURA and RDG’s resident DJ, ensuring a night of refined energy.
The event also marked the debut of the AVA MM Members Club, an exclusive retreat within the flagship property, offering Japanese-inspired cuisine, premium mixology, and private cultural experiences.
RDG executives, including CEO Gregory Galy and Chef Michaël Michaelidis, alongside MM Members, highlighted the night’s prestigious guest list.
