Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Brian Curley and managed by Golf Saudi, Shura Links is a par-72, 7,400-yard course that elevates the traditional links experience to an immersive and environmentally conscious journey.

Developed by Red Sea Global (RSG), the Shura Links project is Saudi Arabia’s first island golf course, a bold step in the kingdom’s pursuit of excellence in both tourism and sports innovation.

Each of the eighteen holes meanders through mangrove forests and pristine dunes before unfolding along the Red Sea’s glistening shoreline.

Sustainability Meets Sporting Majesty

Shura Links is more than a destination for golfers; it is a living statement of Saudi Vision 2030 — a vision where progress and preservation coexist.

Constructed with a deep respect for its surrounding ecosystem, the course is a model for regenerative tourism.

Every curve and contour complements the land’s original topography, allowing nature to dictate the play rather than the other way around.

Chairman H.E. Yasir Al-Rumayyan describes the opening as “a landmark achievement in the Kingdom’s pursuit of global leadership in sports and tourism.”

A Beachfront Clubhouse Like No Other

At the center of this new paradise lies a beachfront clubhouse — a stunning architectural focal point inspired by native flora.

With sweeping ocean views that frame the eighteenth green, the clubhouse serves as a social sanctuary for players and guests.

Inside, refined dining experiences, retail boutiques, and tranquil relaxation areas create a seamless blend of sport and leisure.

Elevated design details, from natural textures to panoramic terraces, reflect Red Sea Global’s commitment to immersive hospitality.

The Shura Links Experience

Every element of Shura Links has been designed to offer both performance and pleasure.

The course’s family-friendly adventure putting green invites golfers of all levels, while Callaway premium practice balls add a touch of professional precision.

A curated boutique retail space features leading global brands and exclusive Shura Links merchandise. The clubhouse offers exquisite dining.

The training range, putting greens, and short-game zones are all fully grassed, providing authentic texture and consistency.

Professional instruction is available for individuals, families, and groups, led by PGA-qualified coaches who bring international expertise to this idyllic setting.

According to designer Brian Curley, “Shura Links was created to blend seamlessly with its dazzling white dunes, offering a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s challenging enough for seasoned professionals yet welcoming for newcomers ready to discover the game.”

The Heart of The Red Sea Destination

Located on Shura Island, this course is just one highlight within the grand vision of The Red Sea destination.

Phase one includes the opening of luxury hotels such as SLS, EDITION, and InterContinental, with Four Seasons, Raffles, and Rosewood soon to follow. Eleven world-class resorts will ultimately define the island’s luxury skyline.

Beyond hospitality, Shura Island is also home to exclusive private residences — the first of which are already in development for handover by late 2025.

These homes grant residents access to the island’s pristine beaches, cultural activities, and scenic ocean views.

Travelers will arrive via Red Sea International Airport (RSI), a strategic hub connecting 85% of the world’s population within eight hours’ flight time.
