Conceived by acclaimed pastry artist Maxime Frédéric, recently crowned World’s Best Pastry Chef 2025, the Louis Vuitton New Holiday Desserts collection transforms the art of pâtisserie into an immersive sensory experience.

Each dessert reflects the Maison’s devotion to craftsmanship, creativity, and a seamless blend between design and flavor.

Available exclusively at Le Café Louis Vuitton on East 57th Street in New York, these desserts mark the brand’s most refined culinary venture yet.

Every piece tells a story—of heritage, precision, and the spirit of celebration—crafted to be both admired and devoured.

The Yule Log: A Symphony of Lemon and Hazelnut

At the heart of Louis Vuitton New Holiday Desserts stands the Yule Log, a modern interpretation of a French classic.

Its core unites roasted hazelnut richness with the bright zest of lemon, creating a harmony between earthiness and freshness.

The log’s smooth layers reveal Frédéric’s mastery of texture, while its design mirrors Louis Vuitton’s signature elegance—clean lines, delicate finishes, and subtle opulence.

Wrapped in festive tones, this dessert transcends tradition, symbolizing renewal and the passing of time with each luscious bite.

The Chocolate Forest: A Trio of Edible Sculptures

The holiday collection also includes three Chocolate Christmas Trees, each standing as a sculptural expression of flavor and form.

The first tree features milk chocolate infused with cinnamon praline, chai spice, and Earl Grey, creating a warm and aromatic indulgence.

The second, a dark chocolate creation, balances deep cocoa notes with candied fruit, delivering both intensity and brightness.

The third tree celebrates maple and pecan praline, an ode to sweetness rooted in nostalgia.

Together, they form a miniature chocolate forest, each tree embodying Frédéric’s philosophy that desserts should evoke wonder as much as pleasure.

Every detail—gloss, shape, and scent—echoes the precision of haute couture.

These edible sculptures are not mere confections; they are works of art designed to be admired before being savored.

Vivienne Ski: When Playfulness Meets Luxury

Adding whimsy to the Louis Vuitton New Holiday Desserts collection is “Vivienne Ski,” the Maison’s beloved mascot reimagined in chocolate.

This charming figure, dressed in snow gear, holds two chocolate skis and sports edible goggles.

Underneath her playful design lies a sophisticated composition of hazelnut gianduja, praline, and white and dark chocolate.

Frédéric transforms Vivienne into an icon of joy and artistry, embodying Louis Vuitton’s fusion of humor, heritage, and haute craftsmanship.

A Royal Farewell: The King Cake Reinvented

To close the festive season, the chef revisits the timeless galette des rois.

His version—an opulent Hazelnut King Cake—features golden, caramelized puff pastry wrapped around a luscious hazelnut frangipane filling.

The result is a dessert that radiates both warmth and refinement, balancing classic French tradition with Louis Vuitton’s taste for modern luxury.

This creation marks the grand finale of the holiday menu, debuting on January 1st as a symbolic beginning to a new year of artistry.

Starting November 21, guests can discover the Chocolate Trees and Vivienne Ski at Louis Vuitton’s New York café.
