Escaping the chill of winter for a sunlit voyage across turquoise seas might be one of the best travel choices you could make—and Explora Journeys is ready to turn that dream into a radiant reality.

The luxury cruise brand, part of the prestigious MSC Group, has announced a remarkable 10-night Caribbean expedition that will set sail early next year. From January 25 to February 4, 2026, travelers will embark on the Journey of Caribbean Calm and Bahamian Blue, an itinerary that glides through some of the region’s most captivating destinations, including Puerto Plata, Kralendijk, Oranjestad, Willemstad, and the exclusive Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve.

This immersive voyage invites guests to bask on velvety white sands, glide through transparent waters by kayak, and dive into coral gardens alive with dazzling marine life. Yet this journey is far more than a tropical escape—it’s a call to discovery and environmental awareness.

Luxury with a Mission

Horn will personally join the voyage in Oranjestad on January 30, leading five nights of intimate “Ocean Dialogues” aboard the ship. These interactive sessions at sea will explore the profound link between human adventure and marine stewardship, emphasizing how small individual actions can have a major impact on the planet’s most fragile ecosystems.

The program continues at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve—a protected island in the Bahamas where guests can participate in coral restoration and sustainability workshops before sailing alongside Horn to observe firsthand the delicate balance of ocean biodiversity.

According to the company, these initiatives lie at the heart of Explora’s mission. “Discovery is the foundation of everything we do,” said the brand’s president. “By joining forces with Mike Horn and the MSC Foundation, we’re offering guests meaningful, life-enriching experiences that connect them more deeply to the ocean’s power, beauty, and vulnerability.”
