Amiri Joins FC Barcelona: Luxury Fashion with Soccer Prestige

Designer Mike Amiri set up the brand, which is now known for its rock ‘ n ‘ roll style and top-notch craftsmanship. Now, he’s teaming up with FC Barcelona.

In a bold move that bridges the worlds of high fashion and elite sport, Amiri has been named the official formalwear partner of FC Barcelona. 

 

The five-year collaboration, announced ahead of the Winter 2025 season, will see the Los Angeles-based luxury brand outfitting both the men’s and women’s teams, as well as club executives, in custom-designed suiting for European trips, finals, and official occasions.

 

This partnership marks a new chapter in the club’s off-pitch identity, blending Amiri’s signature West Coast tailoring with the storied heritage of one of football’s most iconic institutions. It’s a handshake between artistry and athleticism—where craftsmanship meets competition.

Tailoring with a Blaugrana Soul

The formalwear collection draws inspiration from FC Barcelona’s iconic blaugrana colors, reinterpreted through Amiri’s contemporary lens. For the men’s team, the winter wardrobe includes deep navy wool six-button overcoats and double-breasted jackets, while the women’s team will wear single-breasted silhouettes paired with gently flared pinstripe trousers.

Each ensemble is completed with a poplin shirt embroidered with the player’s initials, a garnet-and-blue striped tie, and a gold bar tie clip—details that reflect both personal identity and club pride. The summer tailoring will feature lighter fabrics and pinstripe motifs, maintaining elegance in warmer climates.
