CLAUDIE: Tropical Luxury in a Glass

CLAUDIE takes Negroni experimentation to unexpected heights. For Negroni Week, the restaurant debuts the Passionfruit Negroni, a daring reinvention balancing bitterness and exotic vibrancy.

Bombay Sapphire, Campari, and Dolin Dry Vermouth are elevated through a passionfruit-and-milk wash, giving the cocktail silkiness and depth.

The indulgence doesn’t stop there. A dark chocolate tile, fresh passionfruit seeds, and delicate gel crown the drink with flair.

Available across all Riviera Dining Group venues—including CASA NEOS and MILA—this cocktail embodies tropical Miami decadence while remaining true to the spirit of the Negroni.

The result is a bright, layered cocktail that pays homage to French precision and Italian roots.

Beyond artistry, Le Jardinier reinforces the philanthropic core of Negroni Week, pledging part of its proceeds to support Slow Food’s mission for a more equitable food system.
