Five Park officially opened during the 2024 holiday season and now proudly claims the title of the tallest residential tower in Miami Beach, soaring 519 feet across 48 stories at 500 Alton Road.

Developed jointly by Terra Group and GFO Investments and constructed by Moss Construction, this is the first high-rise residential building in South Beach in over ten years. Its completion represents a dramatic transformation of the area’s skyline and identity.

Five Park doesn’t just dominate the skyline—it redefines the neighborhood. Adjacent to the tower is a lush, three-acre Canopy Park featuring a MONSTRUM playground, orchid garden, dog park, event lawn, and a public art installation. The park incorporates a dry-river bioswale and a 25,000-gallon cistern for sustainable stormwater management.

A pedestrian Canopy Bridge—entitled Walking Under, Along and on the Colors and designed by artist Daniel Buren—will connect the tower past South of Fifth and into the Baywalk, enhancing walkability and unifying the Miami Beach community.

Residents enjoy an array of exclusive amenities, including the Canopy Club with its lounge, spa, fitness and wellness areas, private dining, co-working spaces, and a branded beach club reachable via electric Moke escort. The Park Club, anchored by Café Flora and run by a James Beard Award-winning chef, resides on the sixth-floor amenity deck overlooking pools and the park.

A New Symbol for Miami Beach

Five Park heralds a new era for Miami Beach, combining bold architecture by Arquitectonica with visionary interior designs by Anda Andrei and Gabellini Sheppard. It bridges upscale living with community-focused green space, transforming a previously unwelcoming entrance to South Beach into an inspiring gateway.

The project’s integration of resilience, art, and luxury reflects the forward-looking development ethos redefining Miami Beach’s lifestyle landscape.
