Swatch Group has officially announced plans to unveil a pioneering service that will allow customers to co-create their very own timepieces through the power of artificial intelligence. Central to this initiative is AI-DADA, a proprietary tool developed entirely in-house, which Swatch describes as “artistic intelligence.”
Swatch AI enables users to engage in a dynamic and personalized dialogue with AI-DADA, which draws inspiration from four decades of the brand’s iconic designs. By referencing this extensive archive, the AI can propose dial patterns that are original yet unmistakably Swatch. Every watch generated will be entirely unique—no two pieces the same—while staying true to the vibrant, playful spirit of the brand.
The company is branding this innovation as the ultimate leap in personalization, offering fans a chance to step into the designer’s seat.
However, specifics remain closely guarded. Swatch has not yet confirmed whether this service will be available online, in physical retail stores, or both. Additionally, enthusiasts are still waiting for clarification on which models will be eligible for customization through Swatch AI.
