Unlike any other project along the East Coast, this architectural marvel, composed of nine offset glass cubes stacked high, is shaping a new narrative for luxury living and hospitality in South Florida.

At 1,049 feet tall, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami will stand as the tallest building in the city.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with renowned architect Carlos Ott, the tower’s futuristic form is inspired by precision and elegance.

Each glass cube shifts in alignment, creating a mesmerizing visual effect that captures the imagination of residents and visitors alike.

Luxury Living Reimagined

Residents will enjoy a host of premium amenities.

A private, owners-only lobby and lounge, chef’s tasting suite, billiard room, kid’s club, and an elevated pool deck are just the beginning.

Each feature is designed to provide an unmatched residential experience.

At the tower’s pinnacle, a private rooftop will offer a resort-style pool, swim-up tiki bar, and outdoor gym facilities, including basketball, racquetball, and pickleball courts.

Progress That Reflects Ambition

Construction began officially in October 2022, and the progress since has been nothing short of impressive. By March 2025, 19 floors had been poured.

A new floor rises every 10 days. The pool level is now underway, soon to be followed by the amenity level. Cube One has already begun to receive its sleek glass façade, hinting at the tower’s eventual grandeur.

The Largest Loan in Florida’s Residential History

June 2024 marked a milestone for the development. PMG, the project’s leading developer, alongside partners Greybrook, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton, announced the securing of $668 million in financing.

The funds, provided by Bank OZK and Related Fund Management, represent the largest construction loan ever secured for a residential condo in Florida.

Cube by Cube: Building a Vertical Community

As of mid-2025, the development has reached Cube 3 out of 9.

The first three cubes will house the luxury hotel’s 205 guestrooms and suites.

These levels will also include signature spaces like Peacock Alley, a fine dining restaurant, and expansive event venues.

The remaining cubes will be home to 387 private residences, each one integrating cutting-edge smart home technology and full access to Waldorf Astoria’s concierge services.
