Made with absolute precision at the Porsche watch atelier in Solothurn, Switzerland, the Chronograph 911 Spirit 70 brings 1970s design straight to the wrist. With iconic visual cues from that decade and early ’80s, the watch delivers both nostalgia and high performance in a modern package.
An Ode to Individuality and Innovation
The ‘70s ushered in a wave of liberation, with many choosing to break away from norms and express themselves through striking style choices. This sentiment echoes in the daring dial of the Chronograph 911 Spirit 70, where the bold black “Pascha pattern” is lifted directly from the seat design of the Porsche 911 Spirit 70.
The watch face features electrifying phosphor green and traffic red details—borrowed from the car’s classic gauge cluster—enhancing the rehaut and subdials at 6 and 12 o’clock. A phosphor green date window at 3 o’clock further energizes the dial, while white Super-LumiNova hour markers ensure top visibility.

The timekeeping hands play with contrast: white and black for hours and minutes, a white chronograph second hand, and subdial hands in black with bright white tips. Gold-toned highlights, including the Porsche Design logo and the words “911 Spirit 70 LIMITED SERIES,” enhance the luxury feel and mirror the car’s aesthetic. All of this design ingenuity is protected beneath dual-sided, hard-coated, anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
Engineering Meets Exclusivity
Just like the Porsche 911 Spirit 70 itself, which prioritizes agility by shedding unnecessary weight, the Chronograph 911 Spirit 70 embodies a lightweight philosophy through its titanium case finished with sleek black titanium carbide. Even the crown and pushers follow suit. An engraved case back features the matching limited-edition number as the car, reinforcing its collectible status.
Inside, the COSC-certified Porsche Design Caliber WERK 01.100 powers the chronograph, with a calendar disk driven by a rotor modeled on the 911 Spirit 70’s wheel design. The rotor boasts a dual-tone Black (satin-gloss) and Bronzite finish, topped with a historic Porsche Crest at the center. All this craftsmanship is visible through the transparent sapphire crystal case back.
The watch strap continues the automotive homage—it’s made from original vehicle-grade leather and premium yarn found in the 911 Spirit 70’s interior. Decorative stitching in Olive Neo or Dark Silver matches the cabin’s palette, while embossing recreates the car’s iconic hood design and racing stripes.
Each set includes both strap sizes (M and L), and thanks to a tool-free quick-release system, switching between them is fast and seamless. A titanium double-folding clasp, in the same matte black finish as the case, guarantees comfort and security.
