Honoring the Legacy Behind the Stars

Among the restaurants honored, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon continues to shine with two Michelin stars, a fitting tribute to the late French chef Joël Robuchon, who built a global empire around perfection, minimalism, and technique.

His legacy lives on in Miami through every exquisite bite, marrying French sophistication with local ingredients.

Meanwhile, Itamae AO, a debutant on the Michelin list, introduces a new chapter of Nikkei cuisine in Miami.

Recognizing Rising Stars and Accessible Excellence

Beyond the spotlight of Michelin stars, Miami also shines for its ability to offer affordable gourmet experiences.

The Bib Gourmand list, which celebrates high-quality meals at approachable prices, includes beloved spots like Lucali, Michael’s Genuine, and Sanguich de Miami.

This year, nine new eateries joined the list, proving that exceptional food doesn’t always come with a high price tag.

Awards also recognized outstanding individuals who shape the city’s food scene.
