In honor of the holiday, the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon presents an immersive experience.

Titled Easter Four Seasons, where Executive Pastry Chef Diogo Lopes and his team have created a dazzling array of chocolate masterpieces.

A Magical Buffet with a Taste of Portugal

At the heart of the Easter Four Seasons celebration is the iconic Easter Buffet Lunch, hosted in the grand Pedro Leitão ballroom.

Also, the culinary offering includes a seafood and charcuterie station, a carving table featuring succulent Serrano Kid, and a cheese selection spotlighting artisanal varieties from the Arrábida, Beiras, and Alentejo regions.

Chocolate Dreams at the Pop-Up Boutique

Launched on April 1, 2025, just outside the Varanda Restaurant, the Ritz Delicatessen Pop-Up Boutique showcases the hotel’s Easter chocolate collection.

As well, at its center is a limited-edition Easter Egg, inspired by the vivid colors of a cocoa pod in hues of green, red, and yellow.

Crafted from 40% Jivara Valrhona chocolate, this egg is filled with truffles, Rochers, almonds, and the chance to find one of three hidden Golden Surprise Tickets.

Gourmet Creations and Sweet Keepsakes

Chef Lopes has also introduced an entire range of chocolate-infused creations to enhance Easter Four Seasons celebrations.

In addition, The Easter Bunny Cake, made with rich chocolate, citrus, and pine nuts.

For those seeking a shareable treat, the Pistachio and Raspberry Babka offers a swirl of flavor and softness.

Little ones will love the chocolate lollipops and the Egg Hunt Basket.

On the savory side, Executive Chef Carlos Cardoso has prepared a gourmet Guinea Fowl and Foie Gras Pie with wild mushrooms and pistachios.
