The Dolce & Gabbana Residences at 888 Brickell will be a distinctive tower that will redefine high-end living in the heart of Miami. 

 

Situated in the vibrant Brickell district of downtown Miami, the structure will soar to an impressive 1,049 feet (320 meters), mirroring the height of the Waldorf Astoria Miami.

 

This ambitious project, named 888 Brickell, will introduce 259 exclusive Dolce & Gabbana Residences.

 

The building’s elegant design is the result of a collaboration with the New York-based architecture firm, Studio Sofield.

 

Along with a selection of high-end restaurants, bars, and world-class amenities, including a resort-style pool deck, an expansive event venue, and a state-of-the-art fitness and spa center.

A distinctive architectural statement

Renderings showcase an elegant and slender tower, rising from a rectangular podium wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows. 

 

Open-air spaces crown both the podium and the rooftop, where a bronze, rectangular cap serves as a signature design element.

 

The exterior will be clad in ivory travertine and matte black steel beams, punctuated with gold and bronze detailing to create a sense of refined opulence.

Interiors infused with Italian Glamour

For the interiors, Dolce & Gabbana has teamed up with Milanese design studio M2Atelier, ensuring that every space exudes the brand’s signature sophistication. 

 

The concept embraces a dark, dramatic palette, with opulent metallic highlights and bold animal-print furnishings that evoke the essence of Italian luxury.

 

Iconic brand hues—black, gold, and red—are interwoven throughout, creating a striking yet cohesive atmosphere.

 

The double-height lobby, clad in black marble, will feature a grand staircase leading to private check-in areas and exclusive lounges.
