The new Formula 1 season is just around the corner, and the teams are preparing to unveil their latest cars at F1 75 Live, a unique season launch event where all 10 teams, 20 drivers and top executives will gather on the same stage.

The F1 75 Live event, scheduled to take place at the O2 Arena in London on February 18th, will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the sport and officially kick off the 2025 Formula 1 season. 

 

For those unable to attend the ceremony in person, full coverage of this highly anticipated event will be available on F1’s YouTube channel.

 

Unlike previous years, when each team held individual car launches, 2025 will see a groundbreaking, all-in-one season launch event where all 10 teams, 20 drivers, and key executives will come together on the same stage.

 

This unique showcase will officially introduce the teams’ new liveries and kick off the championship in grand style.

What to Expect at F1 75 Live?

Among the biggest headlines is Lewis Hamilton’s first official appearance in Ferrari red, standing alongside his new teammate Charles Leclerc as they unveil Ferrari’s 2025 livery. 

 

Meanwhile, McLaren’s Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will showcase their team’s latest design under the guidance of Andrea Stella.

 

Red Bull and Mercedes will renew their rivalry, with the Austrian team looking to maintain its dominance while Mercedes introduces its young star, Kimi Antonelli. 

 

Carlos Sainz will start a new chapter with Williams, partnering with Alex Albon.

 

Fernando Alonso will continue his hunt for his elusive 33rd career victory with Aston Martin, backed by the legendary Adrian Newey.

 

Adding to the excitement, Toto Wolff has already confirmed that Mercedes will continue with its iconic black livery, a detail that is sure to capture fans’ attention.

Star-Studded Entertainment and Spectacular Production

The show will be hosted by creative mastermind Brian Burke of BrianBurkeCreative.

 

Also will collaborate with Stufish Entertainment Architects, DX7 Design, and the production company 1826.

 

It’s the same team behind the spectacular opening and closing ceremonies of the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2023.

 

Fans can also expect performances from top-tier artists, including Jared Leto, Idris Elba, Fatboy Slim, Dina Asher-Smith, Giggs, and Vikkstar, bringing an extra dose of glamour to the night.

Event Format and Team Presentations

Each of the 10 teams—McLaren, Ferrari, Red Bull, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Alpine, Haas, Racing Bulls, Williams, and Kick Sauber—will have seven minutes on stage to present their car and driver lineup.

 

The presentations will be ordered in reverse championship standings from the 2024 season, ensuring the “small teams” get their moment in the spotlight before the giants take center stage.

 

While the cars displayed at F1 75 Live won’t necessarily be the final 2025 models, the official liveries will be showcased.

 

Fans will have to wait until Bahrain testing from February 26 to 28 at the Sakhir International Circuit to see the race-ready machines.

When and Where Will the F1 75 Live 2025 Launch Take Place?

The official 2025 F1 season launch is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, starting at 20:00  GMT (3:00 PM Miami time) at The O2 Arena in London, with 15,000 fans in attendance.
