Moët & Chandon has been deeply intertwined with Formula 1 since the sport’s inception in 1950, when two devoted enthusiasts, Paul Chandon-Moët and his cousin, Count Frederic Chandon de Briailles, invited racing legend Juan Manuel Fangio to raise a glass after his victory at the French Grand Prix.

 

With a prestigious legacy dating back to 1743, Moët & Chandon, part of LVMH, boasts over 280 years of excellence in the art of champagne-making and has long been associated with motorsport’s most triumphant moments. The brand has played a role in celebrating the victories of some of the most iconic drivers in history, including Mika Häkkinen, Niki Lauda, Alain Prost, Michael Schumacher, Ayrton Senna, and Sir Jackie Stewart.
