Central Park Tower is the masterpiece of Extell Development, the firm behind other luxury landmarks in New York, such as One57, One Manhattan Square, and 555 West End Avenue. 

 

Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, this 1,550-foot-tall tower has transformed the city’s skyline, offering a living experience unlike any other.

Positioned at 217 West 57th Street, between Broadway and 7th Avenue, The Tower offers unparalleled vistas of Central Park. 

 

Residents enjoy access to the Central Park Club, an exclusive, members-only retreat spanning over 50,000 square feet.
