Claudie, soon to open in Brickell, is the latest restaurant venture of Riviera Dining Group, with a new concept that promises a refined dining experience evoking the timeless charm and enchantment of the South of France. 

 

Located at 1101 Brickell Ave., Suite 101, Claudie is infused with French-Mediterranean traditions.

Founded by Gregory Galy and guided by an executive team with deep roots in the region, Riviera Dining Group has built a reputation for delivering impeccable French-style hospitality.

 

Following the remarkable success of its flagship restaurant, MILA—ranked as the second highest-grossing independent restaurant in the U.S.—Riviera Dining Group continues to redefine contemporary dining. 

Claudie is the next chapter in this journey, embracing the effortless sophistication of the Côte d’Azur and setting a new benchmark in culinary and design innovation.

A distinguished cuisine experience 

The culinary philosophy behind Claudie is centered around vibrant, sun-kissed ingredients and Mediterranean influences.

 

Under the creative direction of Riviera Dining Group’s Head of Culinary, Chef Michaël Michaelidis, whose distinguished career includes key roles in earning Michelin stars for establishments such as Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon.

 

Claudie presents a menu that celebrates “la Cuisine du Soleil”. Inspired by legendary French Riviera chefs like Roger Vergé, Chef Michaelidis masterfully fuses classic techniques with modern refinement. 

 

The restaurant’s immersive ambiance enhances this gastronomic vision, transporting diners to the radiant landscapes of the Côte d’Azur in the heart of Miami’s thriving dining scene.

Designed to be organic

Created by the esteemed design firms OV & Co. and Lazaro Rosa-Violán, Claudie embodies the timeless elegance of the South of France.

 

Incorporating organic materials such as wicker, wood, clay, and stone, the design fosters a sense of understated luxury. 

 

The restaurant boasts a stunning 2,470-square-foot terrace adorned with lush greenery, offering seating for 104 guests. 

 

At the center of this outdoor oasis, a mesmerizing fountain—designed with inspiration from classic French jewelry—exudes sophistication, its cascading waters mirroring the brilliance of fine diamonds.

A captivating space

Further elevating the ambiance, a striking bronze sculpture by renowned artist Ada Da Silva serves as a focal point, harmonizing with the surrounding elements to create an inviting and visually captivating space.

 

Inside, the 2,408-square-foot main dining area exudes an intimate yet refined atmosphere, featuring Mediterranean-inspired glazed tiles and handcrafted furnishings.

 

A striking circular light fixture, reminiscent of the sun’s golden glow, adds a touch of contemporary sophistication. 

 

Claudie’s private dining room is highlighted by a mural from artist Victoria Krylov, depicting the journey of a stylish and confident muse embracing the carefree Mediterranean lifestyle.

Additionally, the restaurant’s main bar seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, fostering a fluid and dynamic dining experience.

 

With a portfolio that includes acclaimed Florida establishments such as MILA, AVA MediterrAgean, and CASA NEOS, Riviera Dining Group continues to push boundaries, introducing high-energy, immersive dining experiences defined by excellence and innovation. 

 

As part of its ambitious growth strategy, Riviera Dining Group plans to expand internationally within the next two years.

 

Claudie will welcome guests for lunch, brunch, and dinner. Operating hours are as follows: Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Thursday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.; Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
