The partnership between Brioni and the Hotel de la Ville is highlighted by unique handmade ornaments made from silk fabrics repurposed from Brioni’s previous collections, which adorn a contemporary, eco-conscious Christmas tree.

These exquisite ornaments, created by Brioni’s master artisans, reinterpret refined fabrics into an elegant color palette of blue, gold, and cream.

Designed by Sebastian Flowers, the décor is bathed in golden light, with natural elements adding to the tree’s charm. This creative synergy showcases Italian craftsmanship at its finest, blending classic design with a sustainable and modern approach to luxury.

Brioni’s “slow luxury” philosophy—emphasizing precious materials and expert artisanship—shines in every aspect of this partnership.

Founded in Rome in 1945 and part of the Kering Group, Brioni excels in made-to-measure fashion, ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, accessories, and fragrances.

The brand is synonymous with effortless modern elegance, rooted in sartorial tradition and a commitment to continuous innovation in premium materials.

“Tailoring en Suite” experience

As part of this collaboration, Hotel de la Ville offers an exclusive “Tailoring en Suite” experience, where guests can indulge in bespoke creations crafted by Brioni’s renowned master tailors.

This offering brings a warm touch to Rome’s winter, perfectly merging high fashion with unparalleled hospitality.

Opened in 2019, Hotel de la Ville is the second Rocco Forte property in Rome, complementing the iconic Hotel de Russie. Situated in an 18th-century palace atop the Trinità dei Monti, the hotel underwent a complete renovation led by architect Tommaso Ziffer and Olga Polizzi, Rocco Forte’s Director of Design.

With 104 rooms and suites, the property offers a contemporary take on the European Grand Tour period, paying tribute to the historical journeys of European aristocrats.

One of the hotel’s standout features is its vibrant central piazza, designed to connect its two original buildings. Inspired by 17th-century Italian and French formal gardens, the space showcases unique linear geometry.

Culinary excellence is also at the heart of Hotel de la Ville, with menus curated by Fulvio Pierangelini, Rocco Forte Hotels’ Creative Director of Food.

From traditional Italian classics at the gourmet Mosaico restaurant to avant-garde cocktails at the Julep Bar and breathtaking views at the rooftop Cielo Terrace, the hotel offers dining experiences that satisfy even the most discerning palates. Perched between the sixth and seventh floors, the Cielo Terrace captivates guests with unparalleled views of the Eternal City, accompanied by authentic Roman dishes.

The 550m² Irene Forte Spa is another highlight, ranking among the most advanced wellness destinations in Rome.

With a holistic approach that nurtures physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, the spa provides an immersive experience.

Winter becomes the ideal season to visit Rome with Hotel de la Ville’s Forte Escape package, which offers discounts of up to 30% on rates—starting at €1,900 per night, including breakfast.

Guests also enjoy exclusive perks, such as a €100 gift voucher for Irene Forte Skincare and a €100 credit for a gourmet dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant.
