Helmed by streetwear entrepreneur Ben Hundreds (real name Ben Shenassafar), The Benjamin goes beyond a simple celebrity venture, promising a thoughtfully curated experience that blends classic American comfort food with a touch of modern sophistication.

 

Located within a captivating 1920s Art Deco building in Hollywood, The Benjamin’s ambiance reflects its menu. Stepping inside, guests are greeted by the grandeur of the era, a visual prelude to the elevated takes on American favorites that await. Gone are the typical greasy spoon interpretations; The Benjamin elevates the familiar, offering a refined approach that caters to discerning palates.

Leading the culinary charge is Executive Chef Johnny Cirelle, whose illustrious resume includes Wolfgang Puck’s iconic Spago. Under Cirelle’s direction, the menu becomes a canvas of familiar flavors reimagined with an artistic touch.

Diners can embark on a culinary journey that begins with classic starters like shrimp cocktail, reinterpreted with a touch of elegance. Chicken wings, a staple of American casual dining, get a gourmet makeover with an orange glaze and a sweet and sour twist.

 

But The Benjamin wouldn’t be complete without a signature dish from Ben Hundreds himself. Enter The Benjamin Burger, a masterpiece featuring New School American cheese, a smoky hickory sauce, grilled onions, and house-made pickles, all nestled between a perfectly toasted bun.

For those seeking more luxurious fare, the menu boasts a Wagyu New York strip steak, a carnivore’s dream come true.
