The event featured a star-studded guest list including Robert De Niro, Blake Lively, Jude Law, Trevor Noah, Colman Domingo, Selma Blair, Olivia Munn, Katie Holmes, Lily Allen, Grace Gummer, Mark Ronson, Camila Mendes, Hari Nef, Jessica Capshaw, Louisa Jacobson, Lucy Hale, Dianna Agron, Hannah Einbinder, Lizzy Caplan, Lily Rabe, Chloe Fineman, Ella Hunt, Natasha Lyonne, and Victoria Pedretti.

Blair, a juror in the Nora Ephron category at this year’s festival, attended with her service dog, Scout, who charmed guests at Friday’s Through Her Lens luncheon by picking up stray French fries.

Blair, who has a busy schedule of attending three screenings a day, enjoyed being at the Chanel events, reminiscing about her close relationship with Karl Lagerfeld, who designed her wedding dress and made an extra black dress for the reception.

Jacobson also attended the Friday lunch, where she met Rachel Weisz, expressing her admiration as a queer woman for Weisz’s contributions to women-loving-women stories.

Jacobson is currently assistant directing the play “Invasive Species” at the Vineyard and preparing for the third season of “The Gilded Age”, noting the elaborate costume fittings involved.

Mendes, experiencing her first Tribeca Festival from a different perspective, recently launched her production company, Honor Role, with her best friend Rachel Matthews.

She shared her excitement about this new venture, highlighting the joy of supporting others and the relief of not having to be the face of the projects.

Lively, arriving last due to work commitments, apologized to photographers for the delay, humorously suggesting she should have brought them Shake Shack.

De Niro managed to fit the dinner into his busy schedule, leaving early to make a 5:40 a.m. call time, illustrating the demanding life of an artist.
