In 2020, Luster developed a home on Allison Island, a residential area distinguished by its exclusive and luxurious properties. The house has more than 8,000 square feet of construction, 8 bedrooms, a gym, and a private dock. Its design combines the Miami tropics and modern architecture.

 

Three years later, the property was sold by its current owner for a value of 16,3 million dollars to rapper Future. This highlights that Studio Luster projects are designed and built with special attention to detail to ensure their future owners have the best quality of life. Furthermore, these projects represent a considerable investment with returns.

One of Luster Real Estate’s most anticipated projects is Casa Luster, designed by architect José Hernández in collaboration with important firms. It is a design inspired by tropical architecture, minimalist in style and featuring large windows.

Construction of Casa Luster will start in late 2024 and be finished in 2026. It’ll be on the market through our LUSTER REAL ESTATE GROUP and ONE Sotheby’s, with about 10,500 square feet of construction.
