Shanghai recently witnessed the arrival of a unique experience –Villa Zegna 

 

Inspired by the sprawling natural oasis surrounding the brand’s headquarters in Northern Italy, this pop-up event offered a multi-sensory exploration of the Zegna world.

 

Villa Zegna embodies Zegna’s new approach to customer interaction. Instead of simply showcasing products, it fosters an emotional connection with the brand’s core values. 

 

The event delved into the vision of Ermenegildo Zegna, the founder who transformed a mountainous landscape into the now-iconic Oasi Zegna – a testament to the brand’s dedication to social and environmental responsibility.

 

Villa Zegna isn’t a one-time event; it’s a global concept traveling the world.

Each chapter unfolds in a distinct way, adding a new layer to the Zegna story. In Shanghai, a busy area on Middle Huaihai Road became a linen haven, matching the brand’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection. 

 

This invitation-only event offered a week-long experience that transcended mere product displays.

 

Spread across three floors, Villa Zegna seamlessly blended the vision of the founder, the brand’s rich history, and the fabrics that have made Zegna a leader in menswear. 

 

Guests embarked on a journey through a linen oasis before arriving at the apparel and design showcase.

Nature Meets Metropolis: A Refuge of Flax

Within the city’s heart, Villa Zegna offered a refuge – a field of flax celebrating Oasi Lino, Zegna’s fully traceable and sustainable fiber. 

 

As a pioneer in luxury fabrics, Zegna’s commitment to traceability ensures complete transparency in its Oasi Lino production.

 

The top floor transformed into a private haven, offering exclusive shopping experiences. Here, select clients could indulge in a personalized shopping session with access to products unavailable elsewhere. 

 

This one-on-one approach caters to their desire for ultimate luxury and immersion in the world of Zegna.

Zegna Caffè: Sustainability Meets Innovation

Following the success of the first Zegna Caffè in Shanghai, Villa Zegna offered a pop-up version of this groundbreaking concept. 

 

This space transcended the typical café experience, fusing nature and innovative thinking. Its logo pays homage to Zegna’s heritage and forward-looking approach.
