Inspired by the global success of Carbone and the previous seasons of this exclusive event, this year’s Carbone Beach experience promises even more delights during Miami Race Week.
From May 2nd to May 5th, 2024, get ready for four nights of celebration from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, with a renewed twist that preserves the essence of Carbone Beach.
Following the tradition of sold-out star-studded dinners from previous years, each evening will begin with a specially crafted welcome cocktail. Guests will then enjoy a meticulously crafted seated dinner by the renowned Chef Mario Carbone.
Get ready to savor Carbone’s flagship dishes along with new menu options, captivating theatrical presentations, live performances, and authentic Italian touches. All of this will be enhanced by a new staging that will further elevate the prestigious ambiance of “American Express Presents Carbone Beach.”
Each night will start with a welcome cocktail, followed by an intimate dinner. This unforgettable evening will include Carbone classics that have won you over, along with surprises, extravagant touches, and delicious specialties.
