Heritage meets contemporary comfort

The Beach House, the property’s largest and most luxurious accommodation, is located just a short five-minute drive from the main entrance. Designed in the 1960s by East Hampton architect Alfred Scheffer and once home to playwright Neil Simon, the Beach House stands as a testament to timeless design. Meanwhile, the hotel’s eight guest rooms are housed in a restored century-old barn, and all accommodations feature private entrances, natural-inspired interiors, and touches that evoke a sense of home.

The décor across the property strikes a balance between rustic charm and modern sophistication, with wide-plank hardwood floors and neutral tones creating an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully curated amenities include Frette linens, Matouk terry, Nespresso machines, and Grown Alchemist bath products. Rooms are stocked with locally sourced treats such as Tom’s Perfect 10 granola and South Fork Bakery brownies, while guests can start their day with a complimentary continental breakfast.

The central Great Lawn serves as a communal space where visitors can play cornhole, sip on complimentary afternoon tea, or indulge in sweet treats like cookies and ice cream during the property’s happy hours. These little surprises add an extra layer of delight to the stay.
