The Harbour Club, located at 1766 Bay Road, will feature private, members-only meeting spaces alongside a public restaurant, a’Riva, which promises to deliver “Italian coastal glamour”.

The restaurant is described as a place where “members and non-members mix over breezy Mediterranean fare, handcrafted cocktails, and a carefully curated wine list”, according to the club’s official website.

The design of the Harbour Club boasts a lush exterior draped in greenery and an interior that exudes warmth with earthy tones and luxurious seating. The club offers what it describes as a blend of “British style” with a “Miami attitude”, setting the stage for what is claimed to be “Sunset Harbour’s most exclusive address”.

As the website outlines, Harbour Club is crafted to feel like an extension of its members’ homes, catering to Miami’s diverse, food-loving crowd. Members will come together over intimate dinners, cocktail parties, and a packed calendar of special events.

Discover a’Riva

The club’s restaurant, a’Riva, will offer a unique experience during both the day and night. During the daytime, it is positioned as the ideal spot for casual business meetings and relaxed lunches. By night, the restaurant transforms into a chic, upscale venue perfect for romantic dinners, group celebrations, and late-night drinks. A’Riva aims to become a local favorite, welcoming both members and non-members alike.

The menu at a’Riva will focus on Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a seasonal Italian touch. Signature dishes include creative plates like bluefin tuna crudo with watermelon gazpacho, fresh insalata verde, and spaghetti alla branzino.

The restaurant is designed to evoke the laid-back glamour of the Italian Riviera, with tropical greenery, wooden accents, and dim lighting. There will also be ample outdoor seating, providing a picturesque space for al fresco dining. Inside, a sleek bar is set to serve as a hub for those seeking a late-night amaro.

Behind this new venture are industry veterans James Julius and Michele Esposito, who bring years of hospitality experience to the Harbour Club. Esposito, a renowned Italian chef, will head the culinary team at a’Riva, ensuring an elevated yet approachable dining experience.

Luxury dining and private membership

Beyond the restaurant, Harbour Club members will gain access to private dining spaces and exclusive events. These include wine and cigar tastings, cocktail-making classes, and intimate tasting menus curated by international guest chefs. Inspired by the traditional elegance of British social clubs, but with a distinctly Miami flair, Harbour Club promises to be a destination for dining, networking, and socializing.

With two of its dining spaces—the Palm Room lounge and the Harbour Club Restaurant—available only to members, a’Riva remains the club’s public space, offering all-day dining to anyone who steps through its doors.
