Tierra Viva: Lamborghini’s Luxury Residential Complex on the Costa del Sol

This ambitious project, a collaboration between the renowned Italian supercar brand and Dar Global, will bring 53 exclusive villas to Benahavís, with an estimated investment of approximately 282 million euros

Located just an eight-minute drive from Marbella, within the gated community of Los Jararillos in Benahavís

 

Tierra Viva marks Automobili Lamborghini’s first residential project in Europe. 

 

According to the company’s CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, this development “embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini”.

 

The Italian supercar manufacturer has joined forces with Dar Global.

 

With a total investment of 282 million euros, this project is set to redefine luxury living and is expected to be completed by 2027.

Villas Inspired by Lamborghini’s Iconic Designs

The complex will feature 53 villas, each drawing inspiration from Lamborghini’s most legendary vehicle models. 

 

These residences are divided into three categories:

 

Diamante – Ranging between 1,254 and 1,450 square meters (15000 sqft) , this option spans four levels.

 

Zafiro – Offering between 863 and 1,034 (10000 sqft) square meters, this villa features five bedrooms.

 

Esmeralda – The most compact, with a total area of 680 to 882 square meters (8000 sqft), it boasts four bedrooms.

Unparalleled Luxury and Security

All residences will provide 24/7 concierge service, top-tier security with a closed-circuit surveillance system.

 

Also direct car access, multiple terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, an elevator, and high-end interiors. 

 

These interiors will include polished marble floors and designs that reflect the unmistakable style of Lamborghini.

 

The starting price for these villas is expected to be around 4 million euros.

A Sought-After Destination

Benahavís is a highly desirable location, offering seamless access to key attractions such as Puerto Banús, the Marbella Club’s Golden Mile

 

Given its prime location and the exclusivity of these residences, it is anticipated that they will not remain on the market for long.
