La Grande Boucherie blends the refined charm of Parisian dining with Miami’s vibrant tropical energy, offering an immersive brasserie experience inspired by lush garden aesthetics.

Brought to life by The Group Hospitality, La Grande Boucherie Miami takes inspiration from the legendary 1920 Oasis Party hosted by Paul Poiret and Denise Boulet.

This extravagant celebration of art, culture, and fashion has been reimagined within the brasserie’s verdant setting.

The space, meticulously designed by Legeard Studio and Emil Stefkov, pays homage to the 1938 Art Deco building by Henry Hohauser, seamlessly intertwining historical elegance with Poiret’s artistic vision.

Founder of The Group Hospitality, Emil Stefkov, shares his enthusiasm for the new venture: “Bringing La Grande Boucherie to Miami’s South of Fifth is an exciting milestone for us. We are introducing a distinctive combination of a lavish steakhouse and a sophisticated Parisian brasserie, creating a dining destination that complements the Magic City’s dynamic culture and world-class gastronomy.”

A Setting of Timeless Sophistication

Stepping into La Grande Boucherie, guests are welcomed by a serene garden courtyard adorned with bistro tables and lush, blooming greenery, setting the stage for an intimate yet lively dining experience.

Inside, the grandeur continues with a striking bar crafted from polished brass and marble, a signature of Boucherie’s aesthetic.

The main dining area encapsulates the essence of a classic French brasserie, featuring subway-tiled walls, mosaic flooring, and carefully curated French antiques that transport diners to early 20th-century Paris.

The upper level unveils a more intimate and sensuous atmosphere, reminiscent of Denise Boulet’s opulent soirées.

Richly hued wallpaper, plush fabrics, and panoramic views of the vibrant courtyard define this secluded retreat, where private dining rooms offer an exclusive experience for those seeking privacy and elegance.

A Celebration of French Gastronomy

At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Leonardo Pablo, whose impressive culinary background includes time at Jean-Georges and Miami’s renowned Upland.

At La Grande Boucherie, he presents a menu that showcases the essence of French cuisine, featuring prime cuts, bistro favorites, and a fresh selection of locally sourced seafood.

Signature dishes such as Filet Mignon Au Poivre and Mediterranean octopus reflect a farm-to-table philosophy, emphasizing quality ingredients and sustainable sourcing.

The beverage program is equally curated, offering an extensive collection of French wines alongside select American varietals.

Meanwhile, the cocktail menu takes inspiration from Poiret’s eclectic tastes, incorporating tropical and exotic flavors that harmonize with Miami’s coastal setting.
